This Privacy Policy explains how PhoneHealth ("we", "our", "the app") handles information when you use our Android application. By installing the app, you agree to this policy.

1Information We Collect
PhoneHealth does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data generated by the app is stored locally on your device in a private app database that no other app or service can access.
The following data is stored only on your device:
- Battery level history, drain rates, and temperature readings
- Per-app battery usage statistics (screen time, background time)
- Privacy sensor access events (which apps used camera/mic/location, when)
- Storage usage snapshots per app
- App settings and subscription status
None of this data ever leaves your device. There is no account, no login, no cloud sync, and no backend server.
2Permissions We Request

AppOpsManager API to detect when other apps access the camera, microphone, or
location. PhoneHealth does not access these sensors itself — it only observes
access events generated by other apps.
3Third-Party Services
PhoneHealth uses two Google services that have their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (free users only)
Free users see rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a device advertising ID and general usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. AdMob's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Billing
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely through Google Play. PhoneHealth never sees or stores your payment information. Google Play's privacy policy applies to all purchase transactions.
4Data Retention & Deletion
All data is stored locally on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete all app data at any time:
- Within the app: Settings → Clear All Data
- Via Android: Settings → Apps → PhoneHealth → Storage → Clear Data
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data
We have no server-side data to delete because we never receive any.
5Children's Privacy
PhoneHealth is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us and we will assist with data removal.
6Security
Since all data is stored locally in Android's private app storage, it is protected by Android's built-in security model. No other app can access PhoneHealth's database without root access. We do not transmit data over the network except through the secure Google services described above.
7Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
